Please inspect your order upon delivery and let us know if you have any problems. To accelerate the process please send us detailed photos documenting any damages that may have occurred during shipping. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as we can and if applicable we will send you a return shipping label for your products and get replacement products to you as fast as we can. We ask you to contact us about any problems within 15 days of delivery to offer any replacements.
At Wall Snobs every product is made for you and unique to each customers. For that reason each product is 100% custom and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please take care when installing the products or hiring someone to help with installation. We are not responsible for installation fees or responsible for installation errors. The product must be checked for any potential damages or errors BEFORE hiring of any third party or self install, we cannot accept any returns or refunds.
