A closer look.
Royal blue with golden warmth
Royal blue gives golden yellow a saturated, cool foundation. White clarifies the finer intervals, while the yellow adds a warm accent through the woven pattern. The contrast brings a confident presence to the wall and becomes more layered at the plaid intersections.
Bring the room together
Natural oak, cognac leather and ivory upholstery provide a welcoming foundation for the blue-and-gold contrast. Brass can echo the golden yellow in a quieter material. Give the wallpaper a broad, uninterrupted area behind a desk or sofa so its color relationships remain easy to read.
